Cancelation Policy

  • ​Personal Training sessions require 24-hour notice for all appointment changes (cancellations & reschedules), including those made with pre-paid packages.

  • All Group Fitness classes require 6-hour notice for all appointment changes (cancellations & reschedules).

  • Cancellations and rescheduling can be done online or by calling or text us at 914-809-0875. Please wait for a reply.

Payments

  • We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and venmo.

  • New clients must pre-pay when booking their initial appointment.

  • All sales are final and non-refundable. 

Late Policy

  • Call or send us a text at 914-809-0875 if you expect to be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we haven't heard from you, we will consider you a no show and you'll be charged for the full price of the scheduled service.

Intake Forms

  • Intake forms must be filled out online at least 1 day prior to your initial appointment.

  • Certain medical conditions require a written authorization from a physician. We will notify you if this is the case prior to your session. 

Parking

  • Personal Training: Parking is available directly in front of the studio on Boston Post Road. There is also a parking lot directly behind the building (Entrance on Larchmont Ave). Please download the "Passport" app for a seamless parking experience.

  • Group Classes: Parking is available directly in front of the studio on Boston Post Road. There is also a parking lot directly behind the building (Entrance on Addison St).
